Shipping Policy

Currently we ship across the United States with USPS. Please expect up to a week of processing time before your order is shipped. Orders with any customization, such as alternate ear hooks (ie. sterling silver ear hooks, clip-ons or leverback ear hooks) or custom colors, may require extra processing time.

Returns

All items are final sale, meaning we do not accept returns or exchanges. Should your item arrive damaged, please reach out through the contact page or email Richardsrebeccalouise@gmail.com and we will send you a replacement.

  • If your order arrived damaged  please reach out through the contact page or email Richardsrebeccalouise@gmail.com with your order number so that we can send you a replacement. 

  • Please expect up to a week of processing time before your order is shipped. Orders with any customization, such as alternate ear hooks (such as clip-ons or leverbacks) or custom colors may require extra processing time.

  • At this time we do not ship internationally.

  • Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout after you enter your shipping address. If you need an estimate before placing your order you can begin the check out process and have the system calculate your shipping cost without committing to the purchase.

  • All ear hooks are made with Surgical Stainless Steel (316 or 430). If you have a metal allergy we can switch the hooks out for Sterling Silver. To request a change of metal, simply fill out the form at check out. Please be sure to include exactly which earrings in the order you want altered.

  • Aside from the traditional ear hook, which are sometimes called fishhooks, we have leverbacks and adjustable clip-ons.

  • Please send a photo of the break to Richardsrebeccalouise@gmail.com and we will give you advice on how to fix the break. If the break is not fixable and you have had the earring less than two years, we will send you a replacement for the  cost  of shipping.

  • Yes, all of our earrings come as pairs. If you would like to purchase a single earring, instead of a pair, reach out through the contact page or email Richardsrebeccalouise@gmail.com and we will send an invoice for the purchase.

  • Unfortunately, we can not provide replacements free of charge. If you would like to purchase a single earring to replace the lost earring or the design has been discontinued, please reach out through the contact page or email Richardsrebeccalouise@gmail.com. We will do our best to help.

  • We accept all major Credit Cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna, and Afterpay.

  • All dangle style earrings can be switched for clip-ons upon request. If you would like clip-ons for your earrings, simply fill out the form at check out. Please be sure to include exactly which earrings in the order you want altered.

    STUD Earrings: If you would like clip-ons for earrings with studs you MUST reach out before purchase as the earrings will need to be custom made!

  • Our clip ons are made of silver plated brass.
